I always get really inspired at night… Then can’t get out of bed in the morning
It was so incredibly yummy! i had a sweet potato but made stuffed avocados for my family. i stuffed them with chicken, quinoa, and green onions…. idk what i did exactly (i did put in my favorite green salsa) but it was SO FREAKING GOOD! mahhhhh, that’s all i want from now on. such a healthy dinner. so much better than the cafeteria food that i used to eat every sunday night. so excited to be healthier from now on. losing the extra weight i gained this year will be rough but FUN i think. now, for dessert, i’m going to make my favorite homemade frap! SO healthy and like 90-100 calories (soy milk, 1 banana, instant coffee, 2 truvia, cinnamon, lots of ice). i didn’t get to run today because it’s my mom’s birthday, but i will tomorrow!! feeling a lot better when i treat my body right. yay for a good day!! it’s turning into a beautiful evening. love summer! xoxo yall!
